In our well equipped workshops we cut keys, build cylinders, keyed alike and master key suites, service and repair locks, and make keys to locks where all keys have been lost. We can also assemble for you Ford assembly units to match your existing key. We are pleased to receive your enquiries.
For instance we stock the Anker and ASEC systems in unassembled form which means we can build cylinders in keyed alike and master key suites. We also apply a password on the Anker system ensuring only authorised duplicate keys are produced.
Additionally this means that spares, such as special screws and springs, lock forend plates and striker plates, to various internal parts might be available; certainly we don't mind checking to see if we have what you are looking for.

As you explore our sites emorlands.com (this site) and our e-commerce sister site morlandslocks.co.uk you will occasionally come across items that have been refurbished and offered for sale again. These are all locks that are now obsolete, EOL (end of line) or ‘New Old Stock’ and helping those with vintage equipment.
We are looking for items such as this to refurbish. If you have such items then do get in touch with the details of what you have: em-admin@emorlands.com
You may not know that all the proceeds of our activities goes to the History of Locks Museum located in the MLA Heritage Rooms in Rugby, East Midlands, UK; therefore we either buy your locks or gratefully accept your donation.
In fact most vintage/old key operated devices are considered. These are just some of the items we are looking for:-

The HoL collection housed in purpose made cabinets; note also part of the Archive and the original ‘Chatwood’ ledgers. We also have the Milner minute books from the 19th century and the Tann serial number records.
In fact anything that is vintage or old that works with a key or combination will be considered although they must be in a serviceable condition.
